​Part 1 – Journey Preparations (4 weeks)

Week 1     Intro--Introduction to the group and to each other, and what you need or hope that has brought you here.
Week 2     Self-Care—Jesus Got Away--Exploring gifts and challenges of self-care in the rapidly changing reality.  
Week 3     Charting a Path—Leave Your Nets -- Sharing challenges for learning and reflection within the safety of the group.
Week 4     Leadership—You Feed Them--The evolving role of leadership in an ever-changing world.

​Part 2 – Mapping The Journey (4 weeks)
Mondays 7-8:30pm, Jan. 30, Feb. 6, 13, 20, 2023

​Week 5     Biblical Links—The Kingdom is Like…-- How bible stories can be a window on self and a resource for the journey ahead.
Week 6     Naming What’s Important—Do You Want to Be Made Well? -- Addressing your goals, hopes, learnings and reflections.
Week 7     Mapping the Territory—Spy Out the Land -- Naming learnings about yourself and your situation, and what you want to carry with you.
Week 8     Creating a Next Step—Go Into All The World -- Synthesize your learning into concrete items to help you effectively move forward
4+1 Individual One-on-One coaching sessions are partnered with powerful learning & group work, allowing you to make all you are gaining both personal & applicable to your ministry setting. Bonus 5th individual session for full 8-week registration.
